What childhood trait has completely vanished from your adult self (if any)?
I asked my sister for help with this one (why? She’s younger than I am) and she says that I used to do all my writing with a cheap purple pen. (This isn’t true. I also wrote with a cheap turquoise pen.)
Much more important: I used to ask for people’s opinions before doing things. Now, by and large, I make my decisions silently, then see how they go. I feel as if I learn who I am by doing what I feel I need to do, and what I feel is best.
