Tess, do you think it's more romantic to stay cuddled up inside when it's raining and cold, or to take a walk to lay in the sun on a summer's day?
I want to cuddle in the rain… put on something thin and soft and gray or cloudy blue, wrap up with someone sweet, pour mugs of hot chocolate, set up a nest of pillows by an open window, and listen and listen and listen… I also love that misty feeling just barely dampening clothing and bare skin…
But lying in the sun is wonderful. It’s as if you’re toasting your skin and warming up your hair so it’s aromatic, along with that scent of grass…
